The first consult be with the Nurse and the Doctor to complete the documentation and collect the referral forms for the test to be completed. The second consult will be with the nurse and Doctor to review the test results, receive information about the process and have the vaccine if required.
The cost of the first consult is $160.
The second Consult including the cost of the vaccine is $310.
